A Message from Dr. T. Berry Brazelton

Joining parents is very different from telling parents what they should do. The openness with which Baby TALK came to Touchpoints training around how to become a team with parents was very exciting.

It is so easy to tell people what to do, but can be so ineffective. We want to change the model so that we can share with parents the passion and frustration of parenting. And we can figure out together a model that is individual to each parent. That's what Touchpoints and Baby TALK can work on.
